Year end cycling log

I’ve mostly been indoor stationary riding. While it’s not as good as riding on the road for mental wellbeing it is helpful. It also helps to stabilize blood glucose levels.

I logged 2,035 miles in 2025 well behind 2024.

I currently use Zwift. While Rouvy is more realistic I am happy with Zwift. There are quite a few subscription apps that work with a smart trainer to change resistance depending upon the incline/decline. But one has to be careful not to bust the budget with over subscribing. :joy:
