If I checked native I was sure I would get dexcom readings. But I am getting no readings so what else needs to be checked

Can you confirm the bluetooth shows connection to dexcom with correct transmitter id. Check system status option (option on left) and event log (option on right).

Getting started with G6 & xdrip

I have read just a little bit here and there about using xdrip+ to collect Dexcom G6 data with a Sony watch (sorry, can’t remember the name right now). I would like to set this up for my daughter, but I’m not sure how to start. I don’t understand what Nightscout is or how it enters into things. I read the steps posted here xDrip+ with Sony Smartwatch3 (self made CGM) for setting this up with Libre. Can someone help me find a similar step-by-step tutorial for setting this up for G6?

New to xdrip, how do I install it?

I recently read about the xdrip app for the dexcom 6 cgm. Everything I read is for using ann apple or android watch with it to view results. Can I somehow use it just on my Samsung galaxy 8+? Can someone please help me and tell me steps to download it and get it working on my phone? Also how I can use the sensors more than 10 days? Thanks to anyone who responds
