isnt it fun !
So far so goodā¦ Iām trying to decide if I dare watch it while my daughter is awake? First two episodes thereās no adult scenes or horribly graphic violence or anything like thatā¦ does the rest of the show stay like thatā?
weāve seen 5 episodes already this evening. how old is your daughter? i think that the violence might be upsetting to a child. i would deffinately not rate it PGā¦maybe PG13. there is no sex so far.
Sheās only 8ā¦ I wouldnāt actually let her deliberately āwatch itā¦ ājust wondering if itās decent enough to watch while sheās running around the house playing with other things, occasionally passing through the tv room, etcā¦
There are a couple of moments of disturbing violence (someone gets lit on fire). I canāt remember if there was any nudity. I donāt think so.
so far there is no nudity. but as Katers mentioned, there is violence. and even when characters arent getting killed with guns, there are a lot of guns threatening other guns.
so far there is no nudity, but there is deff violence. still, we cannot stop watching it. we started it yesterday and now we are on the second season episode 2. there are only 4 left after that.
this show is amazing. just when you think something has come to a head, it twists around and something else takes place that you could have never expected. one thing after the other. the pace is fast and the episodes fly by very quickly. it deff takes you on a race-car drive around the globe (even though it is Australian ).
this is a must see!!!
DM
They get themselves into a lot of troubleā¦
Right?! I love the characters, but it seems like Chelsea/Bridgettās always messing stuff up (sorry @CarolynA, but she is!)
It is a really great series! Iām hoping to finish the second season this weekend!
me too. but possibly just until bedtime tonight
You and @daisymae are too fast for me! Itās barely made it into my watch list!
It took me 6 months to binge watch the US version of The Officeā¦
We just started watching Victoria (which was on a plane from England but which I think is on Netflix). If youāre into British period drama, itās really good. Also no violence so far, which is a plus for me. Probably not child friendly though, some adult themes discussed.
Oh I know. But she is still totally me. But Iām completely the by the book socially anxious type. And Iāve said that my hair is curly I hate it line so many times in my life I canāt count. Rule follower extraordinaire except sometimes.
youāre so cute. i have OCD (obsessive compulsion disorder) and i am a control freak. rule follower too. if i dont follow the ārulesā i feel terrible anxiety. this website, FuD, has helped me to change much of that anxiety, and to reach out and experiement. so far, nothing bad has happened.
And my college boyfriend pretty much ditched me to play video games and rpgs moreā¦ admittedly I was constantly furious with him for forgetting about dates because of those issues.
Wow, you guys are the same!
so many of us on FuD are the same. weāre the highly intelligent with a great sense of humor kind of folk
Iāve read that people with T1D are more likely to have anxiety problems than the general population. Iām not suggesting diabetes is caused by anxiety, more the other way around.
I donāt have OCD or have to strictly follow rules, but I can have a lot anxiety about social situations or when I donāt feel in control of my life. Iād always attributed that to other aspects of my upbringing though.
Iād be curious to know how many people on here are dealing with anxiety problems. I bet itās the majority.
iām 99.9% certain that D people live with anxiety. probably in varying amounts. why shouldnt we? i mean, we are trying to manage and unmanagable disease. sometimes i feel like i need to be a nuclear physicist just to manage all of the multitude of calculations.
