I brought Zane Grey into the vet for a check-up yesterday since he seems to be having more problems related to kidney disease (acid reflux, loss of appetite, vomiting) and came home with meds and a recommendation to increase his subcutaneous fluids. ZG struggles so much with me getting into the kennel but behaves like an angel with the vet staff. They all cuddle and live on him!

He is already eating better and in fact is right now asking for food. Kidney disease in older cats canāt be cured but ongoing management helps them live longer, happy lives!

hey is everyone doing and their cats? bubba is being cute. Iāve been taking lots of pics of him. ill need to update you guys with them. I need to update his Instagram too. bubba has been sleeping near me the last few days as Iāve been having āflare upsā as I call it. my dr think its absent seizures but I need to be tested. the issue is that its random. although Iāve been having it since Friday night. now Iām fine. so bubba has been quite close. now he is in the living room somewhere. so updates?

he has temptations in the cabinet. I gave him some wet food today. right now he is next to me. Iām feeling better nowā¦it ended at 2p yesterday. the next few days are weird for me. but Iām doing good now

Our daughter just bought a puppy - heās precious, but heās going to be a very very big dod! Already, our Himalayan kitty, wants nothing to do with him! He is a sweet pup though!

thanksā¦I feel weird after a day. bubba kept coming on and off the bed today. heāll probably come to bed once I turn the light off. he likes to snuggle for a bit then go to my feet.
what kind of dog is it? and cats are funny. lolā¦bubba use to like my friendās moms dog. but when he sees him now when he goes for a visit he is afraid of him. or doesnāt want anything to do with him. but bubba knows Iām his mama now. and my friend is not the dad anymore. bubba has been very affectionate this weekend. making sure I was ok.

The pup is a mix of a golden lab and a poodle. Heās got huge paws! Like a Clydesdale horse. lol
He was here today and met our kitty again. All the pup wants to do is play and our kitty wants nothing of the sort! lol Maybe in time they will be friends

Bubba was not happy yesterday after his vet visitā¦he sat in the back the whole ride around the neighborhood, etcā¦he forgave us when we were near my house
