ive been researching harnesses. i need to measure him so i can be sure to get the right size. and make sure it is definitely will keep him in the harness! i need to find my tape measure that i have to measure him with. i know his neck size but it doesnt hurt to measure it anyways…especially when i want to buy him a patriots jersey. yes during football season he will be wearing on

we measured him so now we can get him a harness that will work out better than what he currently has. and hopefully wont be chasing any bunnies…im still leery in taking him for walks now without my boyfriend as i dont know what he’ll do. and im not fast enough to chase him.
we went to petco yesterday where we got him more food that he likes, a patriots jersey and a toy. now with this toy he kept walking to the cat section and playing with it. the second time he did it he played with it and my boyfriend decided we needed to get it for him. we came home, we played with him and this is what happened while i was taking a nap:
next time dont get him toys like this that will be destroyed on the same day lol. at least he now has catnip to calm him down lol

LOL! cats will rule the house. they will get whatever they want. even if is more room on the bed
bubba has hopped on another window sill and knocked some stuff over. i really wish he would stop knocking stuff over. it drives me nuts. taranga and calvin didnt knock anything down. so its frustrating. i ordered two different harnesses to try on him. and hope one he’ll stay in. i researched it all and read the reviews, etc. so lets hope that they work. ill donate the other one that i bought him that he wasnt suppose to escape out of. overall he is liking the wet food ive been giving him, etc. he likes the new dry food as well. ill still give him the meow mix sometimes but mostly its the wellness fish flavored dry food.

Our Lexie would do that, bat things off counters/shelves. It was a way to get attention. She’d look at you, look at what she was going to bat off, as if to say, “Play with me or else!”
he gets plenty of attention…lots of rubs, wet food, nap time, etc.

today is bubbas 2nd birthday. i cant believe he is 2. i had him since he was 15 months old. my boyfriend and i will be spoiling him today once he picks me up from my best friend’s house. he has two harnesses to try and see which one he doesnt slip out of! we’ll be going to petco of course and get him something to play with or eat. he needs more of his favorite treats but he has a lot of treats we need to get through before i buy more. we may get him a toy or two. he has toys but i have no idea where they went in the apt. i need to search for them and put them in one place. so he is now 2 …pic coming soon

Oh, he’s a teenager now!! Hope Bubba has lots of treats today!
he got wet food, some crunchies, a new toy, a wheatgrass, a ride around the area, a walk around my area, etc.

hi had a good birthday. we brought him to petco and got him some grass and a toy. he enjoyed seeing the birds. we also gave him a walk around where i live… tried one of the new harnesses on him on saturday. he wasnt sure about it. so yesterday we tried one of the other harnesses i bought. my boyfriend isnt sure about it. but at least we tried both. he saw his dad (my friend) on sunday where he got catnip for his birthday. i cant believe he is two…i started cat sitting him at 14.5 months. i gotta download the pics from my phone to upload here to show the musings of bubba lol. pics to come soon

pics will come soon lol…been tired and busy. he is happy to see me home when i am away for the night or two…he gives me lots of love bites and a few big bites that are a no no. those are him telling me how dare you leave me alone.
today is 4 months since taranga has been gone. i miss her so much. i havent cried today which im not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing. i feel like i should cry. i feel sad tho. i updated her memorial that i have for her on rainbowsbridge’s website. wrote a little bit of this day. the 17th is going to be a hard day for me for the rest of my life along with oct 4th. that is when calvin passed. i was distracted for a bit today with my best friend. im now home and i feel alone right now. i just hope the days will get better. i have my ups and downs. sigh
i go on a mini vacation and bubba is all over me like ive been gone for more than a week. my boyfriend did go over to make sure he is ok and stuff but yet he acts like no one came to visit. he appreciated the fact that i was home. i did bring him a gift from maine where i was. and he loves it. i gotta find where he put it…its a catnip toy that is homemade. i did have a nice time and did think about him while i was gone.
i need to send myself the pics to upload here so i can show you guys the latest. i keep forgetting to send them to me. if i can figure out how to upload them from my phone ill do that. its almost getting colder so the walks wont be as much soon. my boyfriend takes him out for the walks which is once or twice a week. bubba is good with that. we took him out for a ride yesterday…the day before we took him for a walk and to petco. it was too noisy in there for him he didnt know what to do. he didnt even pay attention to the birds. i had to get him more treats so we got him that. he did sniff a dog tho. so he doesnt mind them even tho my friend’s mom has a dog. i feel bad that it was overwhelming to him. might not of been a good day to bring him.
