If your potatoes didn’t cook in 15 minutes, then possibly too much in each pack or the potatoes were too big. 10 - 15 min, for us, made the potatoes perfect (red potatoes, cooked on high). Hope you have a better experience next time if you try again! They are so good when they come out well!

I am guessing that was my problem. We cooked on high also, probably 450.
How much did you put in each pack of each component?
By the way, I rescued the meat today using a 600-year-old family recipe. I browned the meat in garlic, then simmered it in lemon juice, more garlic, spices, and wine. The outcome was awesome!
