I thought the all-in-one aspect was fantastic. Better than carrying a separate lancing device and manually inserting strips.
Are there any other all-in-ones?

I think it never sold very much. In fact, I am surprised it lasted that long: it’s been around since the early 2010s.
Not quite the same, but I think the OneDrop meter comes with a rather elegant small hold-everything case. The strip case is especially small.
