Where to get empty Humalog cartridges?

If you have access to empty Lantus Solostar pens, vials scavenged from those disposables fit quite nicely in the Luxura HD pens!

Filling your own pens

Following up on Eric’s groundwork, I was able to successfully refill cartridges that were scavenged from the disposable Lantus Solostar empties that I had accumulated. The cartridges that were scavenged from the Levemir pens would not work, however, as they are just a bit too long to fit into the pen body correctly. Now I just have to make sure I never need more than 30 units of Lantus per dose! [Lantus_Novolog_HD_med]
