Either @ClaudnDaye bought another 150 yearsā€™ supply of lancets or @Eric went cereal shopping again.

Or we colluded and what you see are the results of BOTH of those thingsā€¦that would be quite a few boxes for sure.

Whatever you do, donā€™t let any of them see youā€¦ Seeing themā€¦ Not advisable.

If they look at you, quickly turn your head in the opposite direction and begin whistling some ditty. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

ā€œSubtleā€ is my middle middle name! Sandwiched between ā€œDangerousā€ and ā€œUnderdogā€!

Itā€™s a really long name.

Thanks for that brief moment of sanity in my day.

Actually @Eric will need more than a few of @ClaudnDaye 's lancets if he buys and tries to eat all that cereal. Personally I think @ClaudnDaye was smart to corner the market ahead of time. Now he can name his price when @Eric comes knocking, lol

Free for @Eric!! Always. Everyone else Iā€™m not so sure about but always free for my good friend, Eric.

Current neighborhood theory after the activity yesterday and today is that it is some kind of weapon operation. Sheriff came by during the white box truck offload the other weekend but I think the visit came up empty. I imagine there was no cause to open the unmarked boxes.

The pick up crew today had a super shady look out vehicle idling in an obvious place at the top of the street. I assume that was a defensive measure after the Sheriff drop in last week.

I should point out that the situation with this house is an open secret in my neighborhood. Everyone knows about it. Anytime I meet neighbors from other parts of the neighborhood and they find out which street I live on, they usually get quite interested if there is anything NEW happening on my street or with any of the houses. Or one in particular. I wish it was all make believeā€¦but not so much. A house of that value to be sitting idle for 10 years must be running a lot of money through it in other ways to justify its current existence.

Doing my best to keep my head down! I donā€™t want to be on anyoneā€™s radar! But if this stuff can all be seen while Iā€™m drinking coffee at my kitchen table, they arenā€™t going for subtlety.

Thanks man!

If you give me 20 lancets I am probably good for the decade.

Hiding in plain sight is the best defense.
IMHO.

Where I work we had a vending machine company 4 doors down raided 4 times in one year - full swat, multiple law enforcement agencies including 3 letter guys. The first raid it took took them 3 days and 2 45ā€™ trucks to haul all the evidence away. Watching them stage and breach at 0345 was a hoot, especially as they got quite a reception from the tenants who were not especially happy to have company.

Best of luck with your ā€œneighborā€.
