@T1Allison, check this out!! How did this happen?
Only 2 phone calls!
How in the world can I get all of that mess done - the change from G5 to G6, the doctor writing the new script for the update, the supplier getting the new script from the doc, turning that new script over to my insurance company, my insurance approving it, me paying for the co-pay, and having it show up at my house with only 2 phone calls?!?!
It was a total of only 16 minutes on the phone, counting hold time and everything!
(One of the phone calls wasn’t even necessary! The supplier called me and left me a message saying they had “important” information regarding my order. I called them back, and the “important” information they had was to tell me the order was being processed. 
)
Anyway, 2 calls!! I think the first call was May 28th, and this showed up today.
