I received an “invalid pairing code” error with the Tandem X2 pump after pairing my Dexcom Sensor even though the sensor code is correct.
All you have to do is “stop your G7 senor” on the pump and then add the same sensor code again. The pump will warn you that your current sensor session will be stopped, but since it didn’t successfully pair to your sensor, stopping the session will not actually stop your current sensor.
