Hi everyone.
With people possibly doing more outside activities like walking or hiking or running, but doing to it alone, I wanted to pass along a few apps that can be used for safety. These apps let you send a notification to an emergency contact, and some let a safety contact track your location if you want.
I know there are a bunch of these apps, these are the ones that are mostly for running. But they can be used for pretty much anything you are doing outside. I am sure there are a lot more, please share any that you are familiar with.
