i experience this exact same problem, but only with Greek yogurt and non-fat regular plain yogurt. i have found a whole milk yogurt with 8gms per C which works well for me. i do have a higher ICR in the morning, though, than i do at any other time of day (for example, my morning ICR is 1:85, but my dinnertime ICR is 1:18 !!! )
and, BTW, i have to bolus for eggs no matter what time of day it is. i must account for 10 grms of carbs, for up to 4 JUMBO sized eggs. the same goes for just 1 .
