I keep trying and the only app is a tslim simulator. Is it because I’m in Canada? Is this tech not offered?

I use T:connect for my iphone, however, I read that in Canada they are discontinuing it and replacing with “Tandem Source” this wasn’t an official notice from tandem but something I read on Reddit a few months back!

The mobile app requires a compatible iPhone model and operating system (sold separately). Only available to pump users who reside in the United States.

How to Link a Pump to Your Tandem Source Account
Log in to the Tandem Source platform using your existing credentials and navigate to the Upload Pump page. Then use the following steps to link your t:slim X2 insulin pump:
- Plug the pump into the computer using a Tandem USB cable
- Click Link Pump to link your pump to your account
- Once connected, you can start uploading your pump data

@PP777 you could always use a VPN to spoof the Apple app store and download the app off a US server. Install/initiate/sign in/ you should have a working app
