I like Baileys in coffee sometimes (No, not my early morning coffee! Only in my after dinner coffee. )
I also like it on ice cream.
I saw a lower carb / less sugar version of it.
I always keep an eye out for things like this. I have used diet tonic water in gin & tonics and in vodka tonics, and that works okay. Rum and Diet Coke is passable, but not great.
I have used a 1/2 carb version of pineapple juice in piña colada’s, and that’s tremendous (although the drink is still somewhat high carb).
I have tried making low carb margaritas, but they suck. There is no replacement for real agave!
So this is something new to try.
