I’ve had poor results using T:Slim exercise mode, but stationary cycling has dropped me approaching hypo in 30 minutes. Not wanting to have to stop and eat I tried it again. Worked a charm.
30.6 miles in 2 hours and 7 minutes, Pedal assist doesn’t make it a non-exercise. It make you faster. The proof is this:
