Sometimes I don’t get good answers from Insulet support, but I wanted to let everyone know I spoke with someone that was great and she gave very good information.

If you are ever puzzled about something about Omnipod, call support and ask for Cassie.

I’ve had others blow-off the follow-up calls and never track down the info, but Cassie provided great support.

So when you need something other than a simple pod replacement, ask for Cassie.

Does she sound a little bit older than the others, and these days taking calls isn’t her main job, and there’s no call-centre noise in the background, and she’s funny? If that’s her, I adore her. Every time I get her, we say how much we’ve missed each other.
