A shout-out to the OmniPod support staff

Last night I got home from a meeting that ran late. My bolus correction had not worked and I could feel that my infusion site was irritated. So I checked my Pod site and sure enough, blood in the Pod window. I called support as soon as I changed my pump and the man was so caring and helpful!! I really appreciated his attention and concern…and a replacement pod is on its way. :smiley_cat::pray:

They have always been amazingly helpful, courteous and expedient for us also.

I totally agree! Kinda feels like what Dexcom USED TO BE. Way to go Omnipod! Please don’t ever change! USA ALL THE WAY!
