Got an email from Insulet this morning saying they’ve added the capability to ask for a replacement pod along with an update to Podder Central. Have thought they’d been missing the boat per other manufacturers’ systems. Don’t know how functional it is/will be but at least it’s progress! Just sign into Podder Central and select the “support” choice.

I used Podder Central last week to report two failed pods. Super easy, and replacements are on the way.
