DEXCOM G7 Loss of connectivity on a regular basis

Category doesn’t apply to me but system won’t let me post when it is blank!

Without realizing it (update was set to automatic) my iPhone 16e updated to ios 26.2! Ever since it happened my crummy phone alarms all the time about loss of signal. It even happens while the iPhone is 6 inches from the Dexcom sensor. This is driving me crazy. When I speak with support, I receive the usual spiel: turn off/on bluetooth, shut off/on phone, turn on/off airplane mode! NOTHING WORKS!

Hi @NavyCWO , welcome! Can you revert back to IOS 26.1? This is the latest OS that G7 supports. If you can, that might fix your issues.

@NavyCWO You don’t say what version of iPhone you’re on. I’m on a 17 with iOS 26.2 and don’t have any issue connecting with G7s. I had to upgrade because my last Dash pod order came with Atlas Bluetooth firmware and it doesn’t play well with any version of iPhone 16. Hope you find solution! (EDITED DUE TO SEVERAL WORDING ISSUES…AUTO-CORRECT SEEMS TO BE JUST A BIT OVER-ACTIVE IN WHAT/WHEN IT CHANGES THINGS.)
