Could be interesting!
The article does not say, but realistically I can’t imagine it would give you anything other that maybe high versus low. I don’t see how it could give you any kind of specific numbers.
I guess high vs low could be useful though.
Biometric. But since there is no body liquids involved, i’m also suspect. But Dexcom has partnered with them and made a sizable investment so maybe they know something we don’t! I’d love that for Liam one day.
The Oura ring is basically a fitness tracker. Dexcom is wanting to build an app combining Oura data and G7. The ring will not directly measure blood glucose levels.
@ClaudnDaye While I hope and desire a non-invasive system of BG measurement that’s reliable and accurate, I don’t think that’s what this is saying. My read of the article is that Oura and Dexcom will share data from each other’s devices. I hope, but don’t expect, I’m wrong! Non-invasive BG reading will be a reality at some point in the future and I think Liam will see (possibly develop?) that and a lot more advances for T1s! Perhaps even protected or encased beta cell replacements that don’t require immuno suppressants! Wouldn’t that be grand!
@Liam-M, sounds like future development ideas.
@Liam-M is actively developing quite a few different games at the same time right now, in different platforms, using different languages / development methodologies. lol. @Liam-M, when we get the video made of your cooking game, I’d love to share it with this audience if you’re willing! 143ai+1
He has a game in production (his cooking game) that has between 100,000 and 200,000 plays on the game.
Would love to see the game!
