My son is getting ready for back-to-school. He was cleaning out his backpack and guess what he found!?!?

His lunch! From May of 2018. He didn’t eat it on the last day, because they were having party things, so it has remained in there since the last day.
I won’t include a picture of the actual sandwich. It’s just too gross.

I should add, I’ve gotten better in adulthood at training myself to empty bags OR leave it in the kitchen until I get to it.
However I’m constantly finding candy in all of EH’s bags and pockets. 
You know how in the Mel Gibson movie Signs, his movie daughter Abigail Breslin leaves glasses of water all over the house that end up saving the day? My house is like that…but with juice boxes. I have them EVERYWHERE.
