Anyone else getting a Clarity error?

We connect to Dexcom for the Sugarpixel and now I’m getting “Dexcom Login Error. Check username and password.” Scrolling across the screen.

I added Nightscout as a login method, and NS is working on Phone and PC, but it doesn’t log in with NS on SugarPixel even though it’s a login method that’s offered.

I’m guessing it’s a server issue with Dexcom and will wait it out. Uninstalled SugarMate so I kind of depend on SugarPixel not to wake me up during the nights.

Update: I’m seeing others with issues on the Looped group so it’s something I’ll just have to wait out.

@ClaudnDaye Just tried it and had no problems, but that’s 9 hours after your post. Perhaps the site had problems last night?

I think the servers were down yesterday. My Dexcom app itself was showing a problem with data sharing.

What annoyned me was that one of the alternative method of logging into SugarPixel for sugar retrievals was NightScout…but after putting my URL and API secret into it, it didn’t fetch the data. Will have to troubleshoot this so that in the future I have this as my alternative data source.
