I keep thinking about the millions of type 1 people who would have perished if Drs. Frederick Banting and Charles Best had not discovered insulin 97 years ago. This is truly a day to be celebrated!!

I’m sorry, but I’m not going to celebrate a day dedicated to a horrible disease. It’s also national pickle day today, I’ll embrace that and add extra pickles to my XXL FatBurger tonight.
