I found this waterproof and crushproof case on Amazon.
It is waterproof rated to 100 feet and crushproof rated for 1,000 pounds.
It can hold a PDM, at least 15 of the 0.3ml size syringes, it can hold at least 4 vials of FreeStyle test strips (the Contour vials don’t fit, but you could put the strips in something else), and it can hold 6 vials of insulin!
Also certain types of phones, depending on what you have.
