Tandem - Clinic Sharing

I had my first experience with Tandem Clinic Sharing recently. Honestly, I’d completely forgotten I even enabled it! When I went to my appointment and tried to hand my pump to the medical assistant, she said, don’t worry about it we already have all your information​.

My endo usually gives me a lot of autonomy and doesn’t second-guess how I manage things. That said, I could definitely see how having every single detail automatically uploaded might be problematic depending on your doctor’s style.

I’ll probably keep it set that way until it becomes a problem.

Jim, As an FYI, they will only look at when you are at the office or you are on the telephone asking them to do so. Imagine looking at all of their patients just look at them. There are not enough minutes in a day. Really there is nothing to be concerned about. It just means that when you come in or call in they have your pump data. It can be a lifesaver if you forget your data at home.
