interesting. i wonder why you spiked from the Vanilla when there was only 11 gms of carbs. maybe the sugar content was considerably higher. did you check the container before you threw it out? i have noticed on these “regular” yogurts that even though they are not Greek and are not made with any sugar, you still have the sugars of the milk in them. also, the different brands have different amount of carbs and of sugars. i have no explanation for this, but i am just going with the flow. i am certain that i will find the one brand that does spike me, but i am not there yet. (i have tried 3 brands so far : ITHICA MILK, Brown Cow, and Maple Hill… all Full Fat)
