No Valid Timestamp in Transmitter (Dexcom G5)

My Dexcom G5 just stopped getting readings. In the logs, it says “No Valid Timestamp Stored In Transmitter”. I’ve tried everything, to include restarting collector, rebooting phone and uninstalling and reinstalling app. Bluetooth is still connected to Transmitter. Any suggestions?

It looks like authentication is failing. Have you checked to make sure the transmitter ID is correct? Maybe try resetting it by selecting a different Hardware Datasource under xDrip+ Settings, just temporarily, example Nightscout Follower. Also, might want to refresh again by rebooting the phone. Then switch back to the G5 hardware source, and ensure transmitter ID is correct.
