Mobile t:connect Issue

Does anyone have suggestions for getting the graph to show back up on the t:connect mobile app (android)?
I’ve tried rebooting the phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app without success.
I’ve never had much luck posting or getting answers on Facebook in general so here I am.

Are you clicking on the dashboard at the bottom of the screen?

Yes.

Hmm, not sure. Usually force stopping the app and then reopening the app fixes most issues. You could try using your device settings choose tconnect and then select storage, clear your cache, then force stop the App and see if that helps.

I have same issue sometimes, and a reboot often fixes it. But also use xDrip as my primary screen, and just check t:connect for iob or basal adjustments.
