It’s that time of year again, and dang I really miss March Madness and filling out the brackets. 
(And always being eliminated in the first round! 
)
But we fight through and adapt!
So I made up a new bracket. Top plagues / infectious diseases of all time! And don’t complain about the seeding if you don’t like where your favorite ended up!

@Eric, I notice that coronavirus has a pretty tough bracket. Anthrax as its first game, then possibly Measles when the anti-vaxxers are going all out, a quarter finals game against the Bubonic Plague (or Botulism, with Russia having a huge stash of the toxin): that is one tough challenge!
In the long term, I kinda like Syphilis for the championship game. I think that the dropping efficiency of antibiotics gives it a pretty good chance: we may do a decent job at social isolation, but NOTHING will ever stop sex!
Just like it is with basketball, the key is the inside game!
