Ideas: how to protect and store insulin vials

Are those insulin vial cozies in the picture? If so, where could I get some?

I think @Eric sent that along a while ago to me. We don’t use vials much, but after reading about Doc dropping a vial and it breaking, it seemed like a good solution.

@TravelingOn I switched from MDI to a pump < 6 months ago, and have to use a 3 month mail order pharmacy. I have more vials than I know what to do with. I almost liked it better when I only had 2 or 3 Walmart vials because I couldn’t afford more. There was o much more space in the refrigerator, and I didn’t worry about the $$ loss if the power went out. Sigh… Looking forward to the cozies that I just ordered :grinning:

@elver, which did you order? The same as @TravelingOn?

@Michel, I did select @TravelingOn’s suggestion (thanks for the link!), then splurged and also purchased these: [Insulin Vial Protective Case by VIAL SAFE].

It seems I am a marketing victim now that I have a few extra $$,

We use a pencil case from grade school, it can hold a lot of vials.

Those things seem cool @elver! Cheaper than insulin replacement!!!

Exactly what I was thinking @TravelingOn. I never would have found them, except for your picture, so THANKS!
