Why do they say that you can’t stop? That’s always been a little unclear to me.
You CAN stop - it’s not like you’ll die if you discontinue use. You just won’t keep the benefits (such as weight loss - a lot of people gain weight back).

So, I’ve been thinking about this. Maybe I could try some metformin or something. The idea of needing to fight with insurance and manage another unmanageable prespricption doesn’t feel worth the health benefit. We literally JUST got te insulin pricing schemes fixed in MN a year ago. They still don’t/can’t keep the scripts valid. The idea of walking right back into that paperwork mess is unimaginable to me.
