How do I get it off? I don’t know if the sensor deployed!
I haven’t had this experience but read smacking it sharply with something like a wooden spoon works.
I finally just pulled off the entire thing with the patch. The needle had not retracted and the sensor wire was bent. Dexcom is sending a replacement and a return kit for the malfunctioning unit.
That’s probably better than having to walk around with it stuck to your leg for 10 days.

@CatLady As I recall previous history of the issue, most people with the issue say they had good luck with tapping/hitting the thing with a wooden spoon! Sorry you had the issue! I’ve wondered what I’d do if faced with the issue and think just. Pulling the whole thing is the most likely and saving it for sending in to Dexcom!
I’ve done it - used a wooden spoon to knock it off. It works
I’ve had a Libre +3 for four years and never had that problem, but I would guess if you’re tilt it might work
