Dexcom G7 10 & 15 day sensor with T:Slim pump

I know that both 10 & 15 day sensors work with Tandem pumps. I was given a 15 day sample by my doctor.

Can I pair to the 15 day sensor and go back to the 10 day sensors?

I did that. I tried one g7 15 day and then went back to my stock of 10 day sensors. No issue with Tandem pump.

Thank you, Jim, I was concerned that it might be a road of no return. I couldn’t find anything one way or the other.

I appreciate @CarlosLuis’s question and @jim26’s answer. I’ve wondered the same thing myself, though not ref the Tandem pump. I assume the Omnipod Dash is similar; anyone know for sure?

I am on the Omnipod5 and switch bk and forth all the time. I just have to pair them and sync them and all works just fine. Phew. I like using the 10 day Dex bc the warm up is 1/2 the time of the 15 day dex.
