DexCom g6 issues using DexCom Follow app to Samsung S9+

Has anyone here had problems with the DexCom Follow app reporting to a Samsung S9+?
If so, did you ever find a resolution?

I don’t use follow, but can you provide more details on what problem is? Do you get some readings or none? Any error messages? Was it working ok, then stopped?

The issue is that my Wife’s phone (Samsung S9+) will not show the data, only the graph. When I first connected her phone thru the DexCom Follow app, she briefly could see data, and then it disappeared.
I have had multiple DexCom support calls, but they have not resolved the issue.

Shouldn’t have had that last bite of peanut butter while cleaning the jar! Is it worth a bolus to stop riding the 150 alarm setting? I could just have another bite of peanut butter…up across, down across, up across, down across, up… I’m thinking 153 might stop it…but that sensor will see the change and adjust…wait is that paranoid thinking?! No, not if it’s really out to get me!
