Where do you set your high alert? And repeat after how long? (Mainly interested in nighttime, obviously)
Currently I have mine at 170 every two hours. That seems to be as frequently as I might wake up and actually do something about it.
130 day, 150 night, both repeat after 40 minutes.
If you’re 130 what do you treat to get to?
I wake up often enough as it is. Probably should go for the dreaded prostate exam.
I aim for 95. I’m running loop, so I don’t need to get there exactly; loop will try to steer towards that target. But if I cross the hi limit I want to take a look to see if I should correct harder than loop thinks it should.
