I think this product really helps bruises disappear more quickly:
It’s available lots of places, including Wal-Mart.

Arnica is great for bruises

I love arnica gel!!! I use it all the time! I dropped a can on my foot and watched a golf ball sized lump appear, put arnica on it immediately and the lump disappeared and almost no bruising! It also helps on burns. I have several tubes around the house, I usually use B&T’s or Boiron.
