@T1Allison Ahhh, another Starbucks Pike’s drinker…we must be kindred spirits! I sometimes put a dash of cinnamon in mine and two-three yellow packets (would it was sugar)! Used to use 1/2&1/2, but have weaned myself off it. At home, we have a Nespresso machine so wife can have her Latte and I can have just about anything with higher than a 7 rating (Stormio, Columbia, Bianca Forte, Mexico), or a double espresso. We often take a French Press and our beans on trips (used to be from my wife’s Dad’s Kona plants on the big island, alas he no longer is there!)!

That’s how I learned to make coffee ‘cos that’s the way my parents drank it!
These days I take a cup (medium roast and strength) mid-morning with half-and-half and, as needed, a big spoonful of sugar. No extra insulin either way.
