First time happening with my Tandem pump. It was time for the change, and when I did the fill, it pushed out like 18 units and no signs of drops at the end. I dis-assembled the parts of the Tru-Steel infusion and saw no drops.
I tossed the cartridge and did a new one and everything worked as it should. Just wondering if anyone else has had this? I am not sure what would cause a cartridge not to pump. I was just glad it was not a pump problem as I am camping!

I haven’t had that specific issue, but I do struggle sometimes getting the needle to fill the cartridge. It seems to plug when inserted into the cartridge and I can’t get the syringe plunger to push down. Usually I can eventually get it to fill the cartridge but sometimes have to resort to using a new syringe. Frustrating…
Yeah I have had that, it seems like there’s a magic spot on the tiny white bulb (makes me wonder how challenging it would be for someone without sharp vision).
I have had a clogged syringe. I keep a few used ones as spares/backups,
I had this happen!! I can’t remember if I reported it to Tandem… but I’ve never seen it since, just the one time.
