I was curious if anyone knew how to manage the insulin on board on the Xdrip+ app…
The IOB on my Xdrip app moves much faster than that on my PDM. The insulin duration is correct on Xdrip (3 hours) and matches up to my PDM. Any suggestions?

Hi @khaled IOB is in xDrip+ is not simply a linear calculation. It takes into account previous insulin intake, and sensitivity factors used in o the calculations.
You can try altering “default liver maximum impact” and " default liver sensitivity ratio". Also of most importance is “insulin duration in hours”. These are all found in settings>xDrip+ Predictive settings>low level settings.
