As you know, I ran pretty much every day for 11 years when in the Army, and, since getting out in 2002 I’ve not run at all except as “warm-ups” in my other training that I do. I saw this today and thought you guy guys and gals that enjoy running for runnings sake.
Now my saying is…If you see me running, you should turn and run also because something is chasing me AND I just hope I’m faster than you.
