The IOB Predicament... What do you do with a climbing blood sugar prior to starting exercise?

I ate 20 and bolused for 20.
:banana:= 20g + :syringe:= 2 units (to cover 20g)
Except I didn’t inject koolaid, or whatever’s coming out of that syringe. :grin:

Be flexible. I’m trying here. You gotta know what works before knowing how to get around it. If not, you’re just chasing.

See if you can get 40 grams in when you are done, okay?

If you are low, bolus for 20g or 25g, and eat 40g. If you are high, bolus for 40g, wait 15 minutes, and eat 40g.

The best way to do it is eat a fast carb, and follow that with a meal within an hour.
