I wanted to say a thanks to @jen for the great tip she shared.
In my review of the Premier Voice meter 2 weeks ago, Jen mentioned that strips generally have a different top and bottom which you can feel on the insertion side of the strip.

Since she mentioned this, I have used it a lot.
I have already done this a bunch when testing at night in bed, when in the car in the dark, and also in the movie theater.
It’s really a lot easier to just feel the top and bottom when it’s dark, instead of trying to see it or put a light on it.
So thanks Jen, for mentioning this! It’s been very useful to me already.
