I went to prime my tandem and I saw the insulin going up the tube, but it wasn’t coming out the needle!? I stoped it at 18 units (usually stop around 10-12) and took out the cartridge, put it back in (re loaded) and got a new tube out to prime, no issues. I don’t understand what happened. Do you think I’m safe using it as I have? I’m a little concerned that maybe I should have got a whole new cartridge too, but I’m out and about now and this thought just came to mind.

That happened to me once too. Saw the insulin go up the tube but wouldn’t come out of the needle. If you’re not running high then I assume you’re okay by replacing the tube.
