Recently did the X2 pump update and since then the app constantly shows “lost connection"
Unpaired Re-paired multiple times but no improvement, stays connected for a short time and then gone.
Anyone else getting this ?

Hi @Jay1 , I thought this was a me thing. I have been having those issues as well after updating to Android 16. Possibly this is an actual bug. I’m not sure how to go about documenting it to get someone at Tandem to take it seriously, but I have had serious problems to the point where I no longer rely on the Tandem app and solely rely on XDrip again. I have to say the even XDrip is having a few issues, so maybe it’s an Android permissions thing.

Yep, the app is about useless now. I use to love it, not so much anymore.

When I updated to Android 16 I had a similar issue. I think what fixed it for me was uninstalling and re-installing the Tandem app?
