I got the notice from Tandem on the shortage of TruSteel infusers, but was able to get a box in April and was still able to order in April.
They called to say they could not send them and asked me what I wanted as replacement. I’d used the Acusoft 90s when I started, but remember having one of them kink on me. She recommended Varisoft, and when they delivered I tossed them in my drawer.
so it’s like 1am for a change and I open the package and am undure how to use. I mistakenly pulled the needle out and wasted one. Luckily I had one TruSteel left.
It was time to learn this morning and I watched the Tandem demo video. It really was no big deal, and I’m infused now.
I do like better the TruStel because it has that extra tube length to the coupler with its own adhesive pad that takes the brunt of any pull on the cord.
Any suggestions from others using this one? I will use them up but might go back to the 90s
