Pasta recommendation

I’ve been using this pasta lately and it’s fantastic on my blood sugar. It’s chickpea and lentil pasta, so gluten-free, and lower on the glycemic index than wheat or rice pasta. If I bolus while I’m eating it (I can’t pre-bolus, the insulin kicks in too quickly), then I get a perfectly flat line after the meal.

It is especially good with some chicken and homemade cauliflower alfredo sauce. :yum:
