Well yay. It’s not just me, and everyone else knows about the ‘turn it off and back on again’ so called solution to this issue. I’m using the stock device that omnipod supplies; so it’s not limited to modern S20+ devices.
My main gripe is the lack of any useful instrumentation in the DOOM LOOP of “Unable to communicate with your Pod” – what was the actual returned status value, and what API was it returned from.
This is a failure in software; and Omnipod/Insulet should address it as such
