Its that wonderful (read frustrating) time of the year: open enrollment! The plans available to my family are shuffling this year and I’m trying to get a realistic understanding of insulin options before signing up. Does anyone currently have Medica insurance? I’m in Minnesota specifically but I think the drug agreements are usually nationwide.
If I read the medication list for correctly they only cover generics and my preference of Insulin Aspart (ie fiasp) is tier 4 (ie non-formulary). It looks like they dont cover Lyumjev at all? Funny how they don’t list this stuff in the benefits guide…
interest for them to disclose stuff that we need to know to make an informed decision.
