Libre 2. Inserted and used with reader working fine. Downloaded app now reader nor app working. Is the sensor useless now ?

It might have just lost communication. Call Libre as they will help if it just needs to recommunicate. But they will also replace it if it is dead.

Welcome to FUD @KJS ! As @Chris and @Marie mentioned previously, it’s probably a bt communication error. If you call the Libre help line the can help troubleshoot the error and/or replace the sensor for you at no charge.
